Fresh Chicken this week!
We are super happy to have a brand new batch of chickens in the freezer. Thanks to Erica at Chicken Bacon Ranch (I love her name!!...she grew our chickens last year also...and also does some pork)
These birds were grown in the middle of winter!! And they turned out just fine. They are smaller than some we have had...perfect size for dinner (no turkey size ones this time!!)
We are going to be making up a survey for the meat share. We realize the prices on some items are very high and we are trying to find out how you are all feeling about the meat share. It started heavy on the pork...and once we get the beef butchered in a few weeks we will have smaller cuts for that as well. And now we are thrilled to have fresh chicken again too! We would love feedback...please be honest and help us to give you the best we can. Thank you!
