A huge thank you to all those who took the time to share their thoughts on the meat share. We really appreciated all the results! It definitely helps us to know what things may need changing in the future.
This week we finally got some shelving up in the freezer. It was a life saver! Now we have nice stainless steel shelving to keep things much more organized! It was a real pleasure to spend a few hours with Tim getting it all organized and easier to work with.
The next beef is at the butcher right now....it needs to hang for a certain length of time before cutting...but we are getting close. We have an extra empty shelf waiting to fill with beef for you.
