Our freezer is getting empty. The beef and pork are both running low at the moment. We have more animals at the butcher...but they are busy as well. We hope to get them restocked very shortly.
Thankfully Chicken Bacon Ranch has kept us well stocked with delicious chicken. So everyone will be getting a chicken for this next week. They come frozen...but you can easily thaw them partially...just enough to cut up...and then piece them out for dinners. I know it's too hot to think about chicken soup....but chicken breast on the bbq sounds like a great dinner to me!
You will also be getting an extra small pack of something....We have no choice but to just keep it a surprise for this round. It might be a pack of bacon...or sausage...or hamburger...who knows? Basically...the value of the chicken is not the cost of the share..and so we top it up to give you your full value on your meat for the week.
