We are happy to have another beef in the freezer. All ready to go. Just on time for some hot weather to enjoy steak on the barbeque! (More pork coming again next week.)
We have been very busy here this week...so today we are keeping it short so that I get some time to wash dishes and fold laundry! My spare hours have been spent in the gardens the past week....and you can use your imagination to decide just how far behind this farm wife is!!
But I am honestly not worried. Tim is headed out to cultivate...and that means that as soon as the kids are all in bed...I have a nice quiet house and time to catch up.
