Welcome to Autumn, I can't believe summer flew by so fast...but we have arrived at sweater season. At least first thing in the morning. Summer was fast and hot...and hopefully fall will last for a long time yet.
We made a big mistake last week!!! We totally missed putting eggs on the order form. I still do not know how it happened...but I won't let it happen again.. and this week we will have lots available so feel free to double up your eggs if you want.
We have been enjoying watermelon and cantelope from Mans Organics the last few weeks...hopefully you have enjoyed that sweet last taste of summer!
The house packing keeps going. Only 1 more week till we get our new home. I am beyond excited! The idea of a fresh new start is thrilling...and the thought of 3x as much space (and 3x as much floor to clean;). My head is filling with jobs lists for the kids so that we can keep everything in order and keep this ship running smoothly. In a big family team work is key...everyone helps along..remember the old saying..."many hands make light work".
Our days are getting shorter...it takes longer to get light in the morning...but thankfully we no longer need to beat the heat...It actually makes for a nice paced day without the heat of midsummer.
It's the last week of summer holidays....go on our there and enjoy a few more special moments with your kids this week!!
