We have plenty of our winter crops covered and protected. But you want to THINK AHEAD about grabbing some of the outside "cold-weather crops" for your next delivery.
These won't be around much longer and may get "zapped" with cold weather at the end of December/first part of January.
- Brussels Sprouts
- Kalettes
- Kale
- Collards
They will keep well in your refrigerator for a few weeks.
We know that several of you are affected by the rising prices recently. You are not alone!
We got ahead of this huge inflation in September by ordering seed and fertilizer to lock in our prices. To our surprise some of the cost were more than double the cost from last year.
Grateful and blessed that we made the plunge because prices have continued to rise at astronomical rates.
The shipping cost alone for potatoes scheduled to arrive this Spring is $600.00. PHEW!
P.S. We are planning a webinar on Thursday January 13. Register HERE. You will want to join in or get the replay. Build a better box this year with the information learned here.
