Thank you, each and every household, for supporting this Welcome Table Farm CSA. You have given us a tremendous gift this year: WEEKENDS! With COVID concerns we migrated away from the market setting, which in the past has made up about 50% of our farm income. And your followed us! The numbers of our CSA subscribers has doubled in 2020. Without Saturday market we are still able to move the produce and flowers we are growing. Without Saturday market, Andy and I are able to spend Saturdays at the farm- stocking Farmstand, running irrigation, mowing, taking care of maintenance issues and household chores . This leaves one day of the week not fully occupied by farm tasks-hallelujah! This beautiful photo is from last Sunday up in the Blue Mountains. Our kids haven't seen the such glorious wildflowers before in their lives, because their parents haven't had time to explore with them. We hope that our CSA program is bringing gifts to your family as well.
