Thank you all for your farm membership in 2024. The CSA subscription truly is the backbone of our production model. Having your commitment to buy and eat our produce frees up much time and attention from marketing and allows us to focus on the growing.
Some of you have made payment on one more box than was scheduled into this year's deliveries. If food credit is owed to you, we'll either included the extra in next week's box, or make note that an additional box of storage items is at the pickup location for you.
We hope we'll have you back next season. "Harvie" is closing down as a CSA software at the end of this year. I'm sifting through options now, but haven't yet selected our organizational system going forward. With Lora on the farm team as our "Production Manager" we do plan to return to offering boxes in June. Look for more information and enrollment options in the new year.
We do have 1/2 and whole hogs going to slaughter on December 12th with the new Hopper Custom Meats as the processor. If you are interested in farm grown pork, make your deposit on our website by December 10th. www.welcometablefarm.com Please let me know if you have additional questions.
