Farm Happenings for October 26, 2021
Hope you all like eating carrots! We dug the final field this week, and have a few thousand pounds in the cooler. Should get us all through the new year... :) Other prep for the rain has included seeding the last of the cover crop and planting garlic.

Farm Happenings for October 19, 2021
Frost hit this week. With it we say "adieu" to peppers and tomatoes. It is also the signal to fully commence the roasting season. Each morning we roast something for breakfast- potatoes or cauliflower, beets... They make for great breakfast with eggs.
