Greetings everyone! Welcome to the Welcome Table Farm CSA season. We're thrilled to be growing food for you once again and very much appreciate that you are buying and eating it. In this week box you'll find options for great salads, choi and green garlic for stir fries, and the first pick on favas beans. Remember that you have until Sunday at 8 pm to customize your box. The sooner you do so, the more options for trades and add ons you will have.
You have the option of also selecting products not grown on the farm- eggs from Hacienda Zaragosa, beans from Walla Walla Organics, Asparagus from Ole Timer Asparagus, red wine and cider vinegar from Vim and Vinegar, and tea from Grateful Herb. Tea flavors this week are Vanilla Mint Rooibos based with Spearmint and fresh ground vanilla bean and Caffeinated Lemon Ginger Assam Black tea with Lemongrass and Lemon Balm.
Please remember when you pick up your box on Tuesday (after 3pm and before noon on Wednesday) to look for your name on the label, take the produce with the plastic bag liner, and LEAVE the waxed box for reuse.
If the box is being delivered to your house, please leave a cooler on your porch. We'll transfer your produce into the cooler to help keep it fresh longer. We will also text you if a cell phone is provided to alert you to the arrival of your food.
