Its the heavy time of year. We're working hard, while conditions are prime, to bring in as much food from the fields as possible. Besides the yummy fresh greens (look for choi, cilantro, broccoli and more this week) we are harvesting beets, carrots, potatoes and winter squash by the tonnage. Root cellers, coolers, and the barn are all filling up with the food that will feed us all into winter. We hope you are enjoying the bounty!
Just a reminder that we reuse the waxed boxes. You can simply take out the inner plastic liner for bringing your food home, or if the box does travel with you, please return to the pick up location for the next week.
Cheers,
Emily and the hardworking WTFarm crew
