Well, we know the meat is not going to be thawing in this weather!!!
Winter has returned with a vengeance...and I for one am enjoying staying inside.

This week we have some pork that was fresh butchered this week and again an assortment of items from the Dutch Grill. Over the weeks we try to change up the variety each week...so just be sure to check the options each week. Pictured are the pepperoni sticks...a healthy quick snack to keep your energy up!
We have good news....there is a new batch of broiler chickens started....it will take around 5-6 weeks to grow them out...but we look forward to new chickens again.
We realize that the share is sitting a bit heavy on the pork side right now. We will be getting more beef ...they are headed to the butcher the end of February and it takes a few weeks to get them processed. With the new butchering we will have the opportunity to cut the animal to our own specifications....ie..smaller roasts and steaks....
