The meat has finally arrived. Sorry for the delay. There is fresh cuttings of beef and pork this week. The beef cuttings are still not our custom cut...that will be in March. So there are some bigger pieces (future cuttings will be smaller portions on the roasts, etc).
As such, please check your order form closely and swap items according to what you would like. There was only 1/8 of a beef for this week...so there was actually not even enough to go around. Therefore...we ask you to please make your choices according to your preferences. There is lots of pork cuts and also lots of the Dutch Grill products...but light on the beef.
Hopefully everyone has been able to stay warm the last week...it was a show of real Alberta winter! We are looking forward to a week of holidays next week.. It should be piles of fun...10 kids home...of which the oldest one does not get holidays from college ...and since it is online learning...he gets to do school with all his siblings crashing around upstairs!! But overall...the kids schooling at home has been working out very well and we can't complain.
Enjoy the family holiday ....ours will be spent skating on the dugout..
