I am so happy to be able to share a picture of the greenhouse safely covered! It was a beautiful day yesterday...perfect for getting plastic on the greenhouse. Lots of neighbor kids came out to help us and by noon we had most of it done. I can't wait to get in there next week and start seeding! Today we also kept busy with another project for the summer! We poured concrete for a new packaging house. From a 15x15 garage... we are moving to a 16x50 foot room. We look forward to having a bit more wiggle room for all the packaging that we hope to do this summer. Next jobs include the roof and walls and then lights and we should be ready for the summer season.
This order form marks the last week of the winter season! It has been a great season and we have enjoyed being able to supply you with produce each week through the winter. We thank you for your support of our farm and look forward to growing your summer veggies as well! If you have not registered for the Spring season (starting May 1) please don't wait too long.
That's all the exciting news for this week. We have been loving the sunshine...the kids are living outside these days!! And that makes for lots of people in this house that sleep really well at night!
