Try this very forgiving recipe!

I only had 1 pound of rhubarb and ZERO strawberries.

But it came out GREAT!

The farmers-wife (Diane) used the apple suggestion instead of the strawberries,

Then she used all of the rhubarb plus another cup of apples.

Sooo, good that the workers took the recipe home!

Try the substitutions like the farmers-wife. 

A great way to convince others to love rhubarb.
