Kudos to farmer Liz! Liz Phillips is our "Annual Production Manger" which means she's in charge of planning, ordering, planting, weeding, and harvesting our food. We all pitch in to those various activities, but hers is the brain that holds the plan. Thank goodness. She can turn a winter spreadsheet into summer bounty that feeds us all. And do it all with a smile.
This is the final week of the "spring season" offerings. Thanks for joining us for this warm-up season. It has filled the void left from no May farmer's market perfectly. And helped us relearn the systems of box pack out before our numbers increase greatly in June.
