The change in the season is happening today.
We've been hustling to get the last of the cover crop seed down and spring flower transplants in the ground before the rain comes.
We're doing the final pick on basil and peppers and melons and tomatoes before likely frost on Sunday.
And we finally dug into the fall carrots. They are sweet and delicious and just what I want to be eating. I hope you'll enjoy them too.
I'll keep up the winter squash rotation. This week's offering will be the delicata.
Happy Eating and happy finally fall,
Emily
