Meet 3 of the hardworking farmers growing your food this season- Ruby, Charlotte and Keeli. Ruby joins us from Oberlin College, drawn to spend a summer in Walla Walla near Whitman College friends. Charlotte is a Whitman intern who led our July day camp programs. Keeli is a Walla Walla native, Whitman graduate and a 3rd year farmer at Welcome Table. Thanks Whitman for these awesome young farmers!
On the farm we are currently swimming in food. All the green beans are ripe. All of the tomatoes. All of the peaches. Along with the regular box quantities, I've added bulk "Extras" for purchase for those of you ready to can or freeze the abundant produce.
