We are savoring these final days of summer. Enjoying the shorter evenings with cooler weather. Cooking up lots of peppers and eggplants. Veggie crew has been pushing hard to get all the fall seedlings in the ground– including a whole bunch of beets! Livestock crew moved the lambs to the complete other side of the farm, and they are ensuring everyone is eating well. We hope you are enjoying the late-summer weather and bounty too.
