The date for our second annual Fall Roast has been set! Mark your calendars for October 19th. Our roasts are day long events filled with music, friends, feasting and a bonfire in the evening. This event is only open to CSA members and their families and friends of the farm. Keep an eye out for more details to come.

The Farm
We had our first few "cool" days at the farm (75 degrees) so we are starting to see the light at the end of the very hot summery tunnel. The veggie garden is bloomin' and we are starting the plant for the Fall and Winter season. Animals are grazing and happy as can be.
Remember:
- Bring your bags back!
- If you set your preferences too strict you will get less variety
- Try something new! Our organ meats are extremely nutrient dense (B12 and iron) and are great raw for pets even! Let us know if you want a bulk deal for you and your furry friends.
Maybe not organ liver but we have many roasts that are so delicious and underrated i.e. lamb neck- a smaller roast good for 1-2 people!
