Where did October go?! We've been keeping busy moving animals around left and right, seeding all kids of crops for winter, harvesting tons (literally) of produce out of the fields, and participating in various research projects. They say time flies when you're having fun!
We're excited to have a freezer FULL of grass fed beef, lamb and pasture raised pork. You can expect plenty of steaks, sausages and roasts in your meat CSA shares. Veggie CSA members get ready for the first week of sweet potatoes! These delicious tubers have been curing for a few weeks and are finally ready to grace your kitchen table. We're also sending napa cabbages – which means it's time to make kimchi! Not on the fermenting train yet? No worries, Napas add a lovely crunch to salads or can be sautéed like any other cooking green.
