Hey CSA Family!
We have some exciting updates from the farm this week!
Spring is right around the corner... can you believe it!? We are so so so excited -- we've started seeding Spring crops. Successions of onions, kale, kohlrabi, peppers(!), and so much more. Our greenhouse is starting to fill up again. Be on the look out in the next few weeks for an email regarding our Summer CSA season, which will start in early May. It's going to be our best one yet!
Here are the organic veggies that are available for this week’s Veggie CSA box:
Winter Squash
Asian Greens
Carrots
Beets
Daikon Radish
Hakurei Turnips
Head Lettuce
Sweet Potatoes
Purple Top Turnips
During the Summer CSA season, we will offer special items that will be available to add on to your CSA box each week. We’re looking forward to offering eggs, honey, bread, and more! These extra items, which are not certified organic, are grown and produced by awesome community members that we know and love, and whose practices we support!
Reminder: you have from now until Sunday at 8pm to customize your CSA box! We have A LOT of: sweet potatoes, winter squash and beets. Swap or add on these items and stock up for winter!
