Hey CSA Family!
With each passing day, we feel the might of Spring grow stronger. Our pastures are booming, our greenhouse is teaming, and our eyes are itching. Our Spring high tunnel plantings are rolling -- onions, kale, greens, and more, are in the ground! We are waiting a few more weeks before we plant anything outdoors. And, it's true... potatoes are going in the ground real soon!
This week, we completed our final round of farrowing -- we have a total of 55 healthy piglets. We are of course grateful to our loving sows and guilts (mama pigs), and to our livestock team who aided in one of our most successful farrowing years to date. Calves and lambs are right around the corner!
For our Veggie CSA Members, here are the organic veggies that are available for this week’s Veggie CSA box:

Heirloom Cornmeal (New!)
Microgreens (New!)
Carrots
Beets
Daikon Radish
Head Lettuce
Sweet Potatoes
Purple Top Turnips
Reminder: you have from now until Sunday at 8pm to customize your CSA box! We have A LOT of: sweet potatoes, winter squash and beets. Swap or add on these items and stock up for winter!
