What's in the box?
- Carrots- @nashgirleats used our carrots to make these Miso Butter Glazed Carrots. We posted the recipe on our new recipe blog or you can find it on her instagram feed!
- Collards- Paleo Crispy Baked Collards Chips- quick and easy
- Beets- Roasted Beet Pesto. Use instead of hummus or pesto!
- Lettuce Heads- Roasted Root Vegetable Salad with Goat Cheese from Love and Olive Oil. You can use the beets, radishes and carrots here as well! Follow her Instagram to see how she is using her Caney Fork Farms CSA shares.
- Bravo Radish- Roasted Radishes with Brown Butter. Instead of radish tops, use the Asian greens. Great as a side dish for a leg of lamb or pork tenderloin!
- Mixed Asian Greens- A mix of Mizuna and Yukina Savoy. Eat these raw or cooked.
- Corn Meal- Use it like you would use any other corn meal! The flavor of this heirloom variet brings grits and corn bread to the next level!
