Happy 4th of July! We hope you are all have plans to enjoy the weekend in whatever way you choose - I know we plan to celebrate with a good bit of R&R thrown in! The pic above is our attempt at decor for our booth at the market this week for the Stars & Stripes themed day. It's pretty hard to find a blue vegetable, so we went with red, white and purple.
The market (and pick up) was a busy one this past week with over 1000 people passing through! The busiest time at the market is the first hour from 3-4. It's a great time to see all of the booths at their finest with the most options, but it's also somewhat hectic and finding parking can be challenging. The market is aware of the parking issue and is making strides to find a solution. But in the meantime, we just want to alert anyone that wants to avoid a crowd or hates a parking spot hunt, that it's much calmer during the last half of the market 5-6:30.
