Chocolate squash cake was on our menu this week. Its a great way to include generous cups of cooked squash into something I'll happily eat for breakfast, 2nd breakfast and afterschool snack. 4th graders harvested your beets today. 75 kids from Prospect Point came to the farm today and helped with fall tasks- harvesting bulk beets and feeding old melons to the piggies.
