Fall is finally in the air and all of us on the farm are breaking out our work sweatshirts once again. The squash, corn, and chestnut harvests are complete, two new caterpillar tunnels (low cost greenhouses) have been built (and were manufactured by Farmers Friend LLC right here in Tennessee!), and we're anxious for the cool weather to sweeten our winter crops.
