We harvested the 2019 garlic crop this week, and it's a great crop! We put about 700 lbs of garlic into the curing room, where they will dry for about two weeks, and then go into storage in our cooler. If everything goes well, this well-cured garlic will last for 9 months in our cooler, supplying you with garlic until March of 2020. This is the longest season crop on Millsap Farm; planted in October, and harvested in June of the following year, so getting it to harvest, and seeing it succeed is always a relief, and a major cause for celebration. From here forward, you should have garlic as an option in your shares, at least until January (depending on how many members order how much).
