Fall on the farm is so beautiful, there are fabulous sunsets like tonight, foggy mornings, and so many gorgeous vegetables. We're harvesting sweet potatoes at the farm Saturday morning, if you need a little farm time, come on oout and join us. 8am-12, it'll be a blast.

Good evening, and welcome to the last couple of days of summer!!! It certainly feels like summer here on the farm; high temps, intense sunshine, and dry soil. What a delightful second week of September; we're still pretty dry, but the cooler weather has been great for the broccoli, cabbages, and cauliflower. About the farm
Millsap Farms is a first generation family farm, located just 4 miles north of Springfield Missouri. Curtis and Sarah Millsap, along with their 10 children, farm manager Kimby, and a few interns, apprentices, and volunteers, grow 2 acres of vegetables year-round on their 20 acre farm. They grow a wide variety of vegetables, using organic techniques, never using synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers, and focussing on the health of the soil. The Millsaps have been farming full-time for 17 years, and have a serious long-term commitment to their community to provide high quality produce and a welcoming farm.
