I hope you are finding peace in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of the holidays. We have had a busy few days, full of friends and family and celebrations, but we have also been trying to find time to enjoy the peaceful moments of this season, with its longer nights and shorter days and some really beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
We had some nice rain over the weekend, which perked up the outside spinach. There’s a tiny bit of frost damage on it, but the flavor is incredible; sweet and delicious. We also still have lots of carrots, cabbages, daikon, beets, celery, butternut and spaghetti squash, and some really fine apples from northern Missouri.
This week we are working on migrating our contacts and memberships from one Csa software to another, so there’s a good chance you will get an email this week asking you to confirm that you are OK with receiving emails from us through CSAware.
thank you for choosing us to be your farmers.
