Hi Friends! We have a lot more variety this week! The warm weather is really pushing crops along! New this week is Green garlic, Romaine head lettuce, Butter head lettuce. Arugula, Collards, Sprouting Broccoli and Cooking Spinach (the same lovely spinach - its just growing so fast we have to cut it instead of hand pick it). We also have salad turnips, kale, lettuce mix, scallions, celery, pea shoots, chard and lots of herbs! We also have lots of cut flowers - so grab some spring color for your house or a friend!
It was also Farmer Curtis's birthday yesterday - so wish him a happy birthday week!
