Hi Friends! We are enjoying the unseasonable warm weather this week! The sun and breeze has dried up the fields enough for us to harvest the rest of the winter carrots! Some of them have a little frost damage on the tops from the negative temps earlier in January - but they are super tasty! We are looking forward to a slow and steady February with lots of conferences and learning opportunities for all of us. Grab some fresh local veggies this week!
