Several of us spent Monday and Tuesday at a great Regenerative Agriculture Conference here in Springfield, but we got busy on the farm the rest of the week, prepping beds, planting lettuce, spinach, arugula, radishes, harvesting spinach, radishes, and kale. We are still in the low-produce season, but things are growing like crazy now that the sun is getting higher in the sky, and we're going to have steadily increasing variety of veggies from here forward, including the return of Box Turtle salad mix in March. Meanwhile here are a few pictures of what we've been up to this week:
Prepping kale beds, adding granite dust, compost, and feathermeal, next week we'll plant the kale.
