Thanks to all, especially our members, staff, and star hosts Leatherback Brewing Company for an excellent start to our summer CSA season! We now have additional shares available, so if you think others would enjoy the program, please spread the word!
We like to re-use our produce boxes, so please bring your clean boxes back to your pick up location and help us save the environment and avoid waste. We will pick them up and re-use ones in good shape, and use the others for harvesting until they are ready for the compost pile!
Are you signed up for Farm Stand? That's a good way to get additional crops and extra shares available. In the coming months, we will also be adding crops that are not in the usual shares without enough to go around to the entire membership, like pineapples, so keep your eyes on the list if you want to try these limited items.
