Hello all,
There has been great feedback on the shares thus far, especially with the freshness and the customization feature of the website. We've added a few new options like juicy pomelos, one of the largest citrus types and is much like a grapefruit. Also, carrots are back in the rotation:) So, feel free to make your box up how you'd like it.
We have more shares now than members, so feel free to tell a friend that he or she can jump in for the final 4 weeks coming up. You can also add an extra share to your weekly order for that upcoming dinner party or to gift to another. Also, anyone can join just the Farm Stand to see the bounty of organic extras available. Thanks for spreading the word:)
Along with tending for crops and fighting off some pests, we've been hustling to keep the sheep on their side of the farm as they've made a new path through a badly hurricane-damaged stretch of fencing. Luckily they are mostly interested in the weeds and grasses, but a few wanted to sample the peppers -which they fortunately discovered they don't like.
