The last couple of weeks of cold temperatures have certainly slowed down the growth and harvest of our crops, but we still have some really nice greens, carrots, and other fresh goodies, plus a great selection of fermented veggies (if you haven't tried the garlic pickle chunks, I highly recommend them, it's one of my favorite appetizers). We also have lots of great eggs, cheese, and chicken. The veggies are growing, so it won't be long before we'll have an abundance of lettuce, kale, and lots of other greens again. Meanwhile, get your order in before Thursday evening, when ordering ends.
