We are starting to see that dramatic increase in plant growth and vigor that comes with longer days and warmer temperatures (although Thursday evening is going to remind us that we are still in the middle of february, and have another month of winter to go). Meanwhile, there are spinach, carrots, celery, and lots of other delicious goodies on the availability list this week; get your order in before lunch on Thursday, as we are interested in getting the harvest completed before the weather puts everything into a deep freeze.
