We've got some amazing spinach today, along with super sweet carrots, daikon, and pea shoots. All together they could make a fantastic pho or ramen... also a great selection of ferments, and lots of eggs. Order early to get the best selection, but make sure you order by Thursday evening, as ordering cuts off at 11p.m.
Kimby, Anna, and I spent last Friday at a meeting of farmer minds, where we shared and listened as others shared their biggest successes and failures from the past couple of years. This gathering is such a wonderful way to kick off the new season, and we returned enthusiastic and energized.
