A love for farming began to grow in Caleb’s (our youngest of 5 children) heart a couple of years ago. We were a bit surprised at first because wood working had been his passion from the time he was a little boy. But, what joy it gives us to see him whole heartedly embracing and loving the life of a farmer. He is an industrious young man who brings more enthusiasm and talent to our team and is always looking for faster, more efficient ways to accomplish the job. This season he has plowed his way into micro green production, which is something we have always wanted to offer our customers. Supply has been a little short as he is learning the art, but he is starting to understand planting timings so they are ready for harvest on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
