This summer we have had a rare abundance of cucumbers...all summer long! Honestly, it has been a wonderful treat. Recently I was remembering my friend Jennifer had a refrigerator pickle recipe that I really liked (check out her website https://jenniferskitchen.com), so I decided to give it a try and boy did we all like it!! I took some to a gathering recently and watched the quarts just disappear. So now I bring it to you. These pickles are crisp & fresh tasting. The cucumbers, dill, and garlic are from our farm, and then I added our wonderful spring water, lemon juice, and salt. You can purchase a quart jar of these delicious pickles in the extra offers for this week.
