Hi friends!
We hope you’ve had a good week. Our farm crew has had quite the busy and exciting week as the all worked hard to tip of our baby strawberry plants! Over 17,000 plants, and there’s more to come! We are excited to see them take hold and grow: a promise of a good strawberry crop again next spring.
We’ve also been battling caterpillars, who love to feast on our baby seedlings in the greenhouse. I don’t blame them, but they sure are frustrating!! I have hundreds of flower seedlings that will have to be replanted: and Joshua has has to replant an entire field of beets. We persevere and trust that all will work out.
