Dear CSA Family,
We hope all is well with you this holiday season!
Here on the farm the change of seasons brings change in our daily schedule. The winter lettuce and other vegetables are all in the ground and will slowly continue to grow over the next two months. The day to day on the farm is much less demanding and frees up some time for what we call our "winter projects". Some of those projects include building another hoop house, building a new pack and wash shed, making the needed changes to certify our baking kitchen, and many other small improvements to our farm and systems. So while the winter may be slower for us in some ways there is never a lack of things to do.
We look forward to seeing each one of you this week and hope that getting your veggies will be a brights spot in your week!
