Dear CSA Family,
We want to thank you again for being a part of our farm through another season! January has brought its challenges and taken a toll on some of the crops which has left us with less variety then we would like for our final deliveries but we hope to still provide you with a bountiful box! We hope that you have been satisfied with your CSA experience this winter and will be continuing on once the spring rolls around. While it may still feel like winter here on the farm we always have to be thinking a season ahead so spring planing is in full swing. Tomato plants are already a few inches tall and very shortly our big spring seedings will begin. The spring CSA will start mid April and the auto renew is set for Feb. 28 so you can watch for emails on that. Also if you are someone who has become depend on the bread and cant imagine your life without it for the next two months, you are in luck! It freezes great! So stock up and enjoy it until you can get it fresh again in April.
