Celebrating Dad!

Bountiful Blessings Farm is on the corner of the greater family farm that John’s Mom and Dad purchased in 1991. John and I were in Kenya and wondered what in the world they were thinking to buy 190 acres of land in their retirement. Little did we know that 18 months after they moved to the farm we would be joining them here. For the full story of how God led us into farming you will have to read “Our Ebenezer”. Mom and Dad are both still living and in fact we just celebrated Dad’s 95th birthday !!! He still drives the tractor and grades the road, drives to town to go to the gym, walks 2 miles a day and is Mom’s main caregiver. His career in preventative medicine took him to nearly half the countries of the world. His desire as a young boy to follow in Christ's footsteps of ministry to the needs of others has been an inspiration to us all!
