Hello dear CSA
Things are busy as always this time of year- summer crops are coming to an end, so there’s lots of harvest going on as well as cleaning out old plants. As the old comes out the new goes right in- lots of planting is still happening to ensure we have as much produce as possible throughout the winter months. We are planting a record amount of carrots, and we also got our strawberry crop started this week! Crazy that the cycle is beginning again….
We get word that everyone is asking about the baby at the CSA drops!? She is due any day now, so hopefully by the time you get your next farm happenings email we will have happy news to share. We so appreciate all of your care and support during this busy and full time of life.
That’s all for today! The weather is amazing and is beckoning for me to go out and enjoy it.
