With warm weather on the horizon, our crops are starting to grow quickly! Over the next three weeks, we'll get up to "cruising altitude", which means all of your favorite crops will be here to stay (for a few months, anyway!). Summer squash, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes and red beefsteak tomatoes will be first (some are even available right now!), followed closely by bell peppers in about four weeks. The best part though is that we won't stop producing old standbys like spring mix, arugula, spinach, radishes, carrots and beets all summer long! This is only a preview to get you excited; we have lots of surprises in store for you!
