It's that time of year when we have a loads of excess tomatoes - in fact that is my excuse for getting this email out late. I have processed probably 100 lbs of tomatoes this morning, and I am not done yet!
If you would like to try your hand at doing some canning or freezing, now is the time to do it! Look for the bulk tomato sale this week.
