IMPORTANT: We will begin selling spots in our FALL CSA within the next two weeks. Stay tuned for details and the signup link! The season will run Wednesdays only October 11 through December 20 with one $30/week share size available.
Storage crop update:
- Storage carrots are looking stellar, and we have successfully kept the ground squirrels away from them during their crucial young growth stage. We should have carrots through March!
- Storage potatoes are looking great; the plants are nearly 5' tall! We have Yukon Gold, French Fingerling, and Huckleberry Gold growing in the field, and we'll have them all winter until they sell out.
- Storage onions and shallots are also looking great. Red and white onions and shallots will be available all winter.
These Swiss chard seedlings will become chard for sale all winter long!
