FALL CSA INFO
We will open sign ups next Sunday, 8/20, at 8am. You will get notices through this email and our general public email list, so you won't miss it! The cost will be $330 plus tax for a total of $356.80. You can pay in full, or pay 25% at sign up. Each box is valued at $30/week and the season is 11 weeks (October 11-December 20). We have space for 65 members.
After a longer than anticipated break, spring mix is back this week! Even though we have grown the same product for 30+ weeks each year, for 6+ years, we have learned to NEVER take it for granted! We are subject to so many variables that are out of our control when it comes to consistent production that despite our best efforts, years of practice and experience, sometimes we just don't have it. Thanks for bearing with us and for taking advantage of all the OTHER amazing crops coming off the farm right now!
Paste tomatoes are HOT right now, so snatch them up before their season winds down soon. Finally, SUNFLOWERS are stellar right now and we have a good number of bunches available so go ahead and brighten up your home this week!
We harvested all of our SHALLOTS and RED ONIONS this week, and it was a mighty haul! They are gorgeous. They will cure for a few weeks before they will be available.
